Buffalo Trace Distillery stands behind the quality of our merchandise; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached; please note that personalized items and consumable products are final sale.
Initiate Request
Contact our gift shop customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, including the packing slip and clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at the distillery, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
